Second round winner:
The founders of the award are the server Russian Science Fiction and personally: Aleksandr Ulyanov, Dmitriy Vatolin, Konstantin Grishin, Aleksanndr Sidorovich. The author of main model is the sculptor Andrey Babenko. The award is presented upon the results of two-round voting in full compliance with Award statute. The First round of voting is held in computer nets: Internet (visitors of "Russian Science Fiction" server vote) and FIDOnet (Sci-fi related echoes subscribers vote). Upon the results of the first round voting a list for second round is created.

Voting in the first round was held from 00:00 14 March 2001 to 23:59 19 April 2001 Upon the results of the voting the returning board formed the list for voting in the second round. First round winners:
The founders of the award sincerely thank everyone who took part in the first round of voting. The voting in the second round among the editors of "Russian Science Fiction" server was held from 00:00 21 March 2001 to 23:59 26 April 2001. Upon the results of voting in the seecond round the award "Russian Science Fiction" for 2001 is presented to Sergey Lukyanenko for dilogy "Sky Searchers" [Iskateli neba].
1. Maksim MOSHKOV - chairman of the board, responsible for counting the results of the first round of the voting. 2. Vladimir BORISOV - co-chairman of the board, responsible for counting the results of the secound round of the voting. 3. Pavel PETRIENKO - member of the board, responsible for Internet votes counting script's functioning. Assistant not included into the board: Konstantin GRISHIN - responsible for holding the voting in FIDOnet and giving the collected bulletinsto the returning board. |
