REGULATIONS
of the status, procedure of winners' definition and presentation of "The Sc-Fi & Fantasy Knight's Order", named in honor of Igor G. Khalymbadja

1. The originators
At the present time the originator of the memorial award "The Sc-Fi & Fantasy Knight's Order", named in honor of Igor Khalymbadja is the Regional Public Fund "Festival "Aelita".

2. The status
"The Sc-Fi & Fantasy Knight's Order" is the memorial award, named in honor of Igor Khalymbadja. It is the All-Russian prize, which marks the outstanding contribution in the development of the home fandom. The prize can not be awarded repeatedly to the same person.

3. Definition of the Order's holder
The Organizing Committee of the "Aelita" convention defines the circle of worthy persons, from which by the way of internal discussion the holder or holders of the Order is (are) determined for the current year.

4. Presentation of the award
The presentation of "The Sc-Fi & Fantasy Knight's Order" takes place at the ceremonial part of the annual sc-fi and fantasy convention of "Aelita" in Yekaterinburg city.
